  1. In a saucepan, add 2 cups of OTI Fonio grains to 6 cups of water (500ml), a pinch of salt, stir, and bring to a boil.

  2. Add more water to obtain desired thickness. Once the substance is creamy, transfer to a bowl.

  3. Drizzle with honey or sugar (per your choice), add your milk for extra flavor.

Of course, nothing stops you from adding some dried fruits such as dates or even slides of bananas and some peanuts at well.
