All OTI partners and buyers are required to adhere to our established Code of Conduct. This code outlines our expectations for professionalism, transparency, and ethical business dealings. It is essential that you familiarize yourself with these guidelines prior to engaging in any transactions with OTI.
Mandatory Purchase Process
To facilitate a successful and secure transaction, please follow the outlined purchase process meticulously:

Initiation: All inquiries and orders must be communicated exclusively through email to the designated Sales or Head of Global Accounts contacts.

Payment: Payments must be made solely via bank transfers and in accordance with the issued invoice. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.

Delivery: Pickups and business dealings can only be arranged within our defined working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Order Steps: For local orders, please follow the following steps:

inspect the goods at the warehouse,

validate the quality of the items,

select the boxes that best meet your requirements,

confirm your order by email,

make payment, and
-
arrange pickup.

Please note that:

Orders placed outside of the established procedure will not be processed.

OTI does not accept returns or refunds for purchased goods.
