Notwithstanding being a small team of 9 virtual workers, we pride ourselves in providing  services of the utmost standard. Our team comprises a Business Developer, a Data Analyst, a Quality Control Expert, a Head of Operations, a Communications Manager, Software Engineers, and a Customer Success Manager, a Head of Sales, and a Virtual Assistant Officer.

The fascinating part of the composition of our team and our choice of working environment is that it has shaped our expertise, built us to be more pro-active, more productive, more agile and flexible. Working remotely pushes us to be better organized and prepared for the execution of our daily duties. We work efficiently from our respective workspaces.

 

We are proud to have managed to create a friendly, healthy, and safety working environment, where everyone shares their ideas and grow at their own pace, but yet still manages to align their goals with that of the Company. We foresaw the evolution of the employee in the workplace five years ago. Our Virtual Office Platform (OTIVO), has made Organic Trade and Investments (OTI) the company championing digital transformation in the workplace.
