We do not compromise on quality. Over the years, we have established service standards to evaluate and monitor our performance, team's expertise and skills so as to meet your needs.

Information we collect from you and for what reason:

For us to process your order, we will collect your personal information. We cannot bill or ship your items if we do not have certain personal information such as your full name, resident address, mail address, email, and telephone number. In some cases, we might also ask for your banking details.

 

Please be informed that basic personal information such as full name or company name, address and phone number may be shared with contracted third parties (freight forwarder, shipping company or dispatcher) for the sole purpose of shipping your order.

Customers may opt to add their email address in our database and subscribe to our newsletter. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time by unsubscribing to our mailing list.

Shopping on OTI is very safe.

As we have already mentioned above, we will not release any personally identifiable information such as your name or contact details (residential address, mail address, email address, phone numbers, and/or banking details) except for the purposes as described above.

However, please be informed that, we may share or disclose your personal information in order to comply with legal requirements, to conduct background checks or to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our personnel or our stakeholders.

Wholesale Inquiries

OTI sells natural raw organic products, only. Because we work directly with the main producers and farmers, our prices are very competitive. Our products are sold at wholesale prices to allow you to make a reasonable profit margin.

 

Because we believe in sustainable partnership, we have a special sales package for immediate end buyers who purchase directly from us. We never forget to generously compensate all referrers involved in the deal. When you do business with OTI, you never lose; it is a win-win situation for all parties involved.
