Shipping & Returns
Free Delivery (Accra & Tema for orders above 5000kg)
Free delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Accra and Tema. OTI will send its dispatcher at the location address provided for the delivery of your order. Our standard delivery time-frame is between 8-24 hours upon receipt of payment. Hours of delivery: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
Paid Delivery (Outside Acca & Tema)
We do not do free delivery outside Accra and Tema. Orders under this condition are packaged in boxes and delivered by EMS or Ghana Post to the mail address you provided. The delivery time-frame is between 24-73 hours upon receipt of payment.
If you are based in Ghana, you can choose to pickup your order right from our office. Just let us know. The orders will be made available to you upon receipt of funds. If you are sending your agent over to pickup the order, please write an authorization letter.
Please wait for notification from our Sales Manager before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID (or that of agent standing in for you) will be needed for pickup.
Warehouse and store opening hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

Your orders are packaged in boxes and shipped by air mail through DHL, FedEx or EMS with delivery confirmation, shipping documents (Phytosanitory certificate, AWB, and copy of invoice) and track number sent to you by email.
International shipping time-frame is between 3-5 business days, upon receipt of payment. However, in some cases, we are to produce your order. In such event, we require additional 7 working days to get your order ready.
Please be informed that Organic Trade & Investments is not responsible for paying additional customs and duty fees when orders arrive at destination countries. We also do not take responsibility for the shipping cost.
For international shipping, there is an additional handling fee. Consequently, for international shipping, please take note that you will pay for the cost of the order, the shipping cost, and the handling charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
There is no return and exchange policy on both domestic and international orders. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may please put in a claim by email and we will take it up.
