Crafted from Ghana’s premium cocoa beans, OTI’s cocoa liquor (also known as cocoa mass) is a pure, natural product that embodies the rich heritage of Ghanaian cocoa. Produced through careful roasting and grinding of whole, fermented beans, and targeted at exporters and wholesalers seeking to distribute high‑quality cocoa products, our natural cocoa liquor/mass delivers an intense chocolate aroma and a smooth, full-bodied flavor profile that forms the foundation of fine chocolate and confectionery. 

 

Our monthly production capacity is 100 metric tons, ensuring consistent supply for large‑scale demand.

 

The product is securely packaged in sealed polythene bags, which are then placed in 25kg boxes to guarantee safety during transportation. To optimize and maintain product quality, we strongly recommend shipping in reefer containers and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

 

With proper handling and storage in line with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines, the shelf life of OTI’s cocoa liquor extends up to 24 months from the production date, and potentially longer under ideal conditions.
