Organic Trade & Investments (OTI) concludes successful showcase at Mövenpick’s Second Green Stay Initiative.
Accra, Ghana – July 2026 – Following its highly anticipated invitation, Organic Trade & Investments (OTI) successfully participated as a premier exhibitor at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra’s Green Stay Initiative on July 10, 2026. Centered around the critical theme, “Healthy Food Options Not an Option: Promoting Healthy Nutrition for a Healthy Workforce,” the event brought together pioneers of corporate wellness, sustainability advocate groups, and eco-friendly agribusiness leaders across the region.
Cultivating Wellness and Education in the Aftermath
The exhibition served as a profound educational milestone, reframing the conversation on African agriculture. Rather than viewing agribusiness strictly through the lens of supply chains, the Green Stay Initiative bridged the gap between daily consumer choices and long-term workforce resilience. Throughout the day, the OTI booth became a vibrant hub of corporate education, where visitors, hoteliers, and trade delegates interacted directly with OTI's value-added portfolio to understand how indigenous African crops can be seamlessly integrated into modern dietary wellness.
Reflecting on the engagement and the core message behind their showcase, Esthy Ama Asante, Founder and CEO of Organic Trade & Investments, shared her thoughts on what transpired:
"When we interact with corporate teams and wellness advocates at an event like this, our goal is to show that African agribusiness can deliver premium, health-focused solutions directly to global markets.
We brought our refined and unrefined cocoa innovations; including our natural and alkalized cocoa powders and rich cocoa butter; specifically, to demonstrate how Ghana can lead the world through processed luxury rather than raw commodity exports.
Alongside our cocoa, we stood proud showcasing our therapeutic indigenous oils, ranging from shea oil and olein to coconut, baobab, ginger, and moringa oils. These are not just products; they represent an entire ecosystem designed to champion clean, eco-friendly living while actively empowering over 100,000 small-scale farmers to build generational wealth."
A Heartfelt Expression of Gratitude
The resounding success of this exhibition would not have been possible without an incredible ecosystem of support. Organic Trade & Investments extends its deepest appreciation to the management and organizers at Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra and Accor for pioneering the Green Stay Initiative and offering a forward-thinking platform that elevates African agribusiness.
A special thank you goes out to our cherished patrons, partners, corporate executives, and everyday individuals who spent time at our booth to engage and sample our products. Finally, we express immense gratitude to the dedicated and well-trained OTI team, whose independent leadership and profound product knowledge brought our vision to life seamlessly.
