Raw cashew is organic and naturally obtained from the tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew nut and cashew apple. It is a widely consumed snack. Our meaty soft white organic raw cashew is rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats. It also contains high amounts of relevant vitamins and minerals. It is also used to add flavor to food.
