• Quality Acceptance: OTI reserves the right to inspect and reject any incoming raw shea nut/kernel consignments if the quality falls below OTI’s mandatory intake standards.

• Foreign Material Cleaning Fee: If an accepted consignment contains an excessive amount of stones, debris, or foreign matter, an additional cleaning and sorting fee will be billed to the client prior to processing.

• Consignment Report & Offtaking Disclaimer: Upon receipt and intake inspection, OTI will issue a comprehensive Raw Material Intake Report detailing the total received volume and quality parameters. An official Offtaking Disclaimer Document must be mutually signed by both OTI and the client to formally acknowledge handoff and raw material release into the facility.

• Collection Window: Clients will be formally notified once production is complete and final payment is received. The client has three (3) working days post-payment settlement to clear and collect their finished shea butter from the facility.

• Pickup Documentation: A formal Pick-up Document detailing the verified final quality, grade, and exact weight/quantity of the butter will be signed by both parties at the time of release.

• Overdue Storage & Liquidation Clause: If the client fails to collect the finished butter within the 3-working-day window:

  • OTI reserves the right to bill the client daily storage fees for space reservation; OR

  • OTI may proceed to sell/dispose of the butter to another buyer. In this event, OTI will refund the client based strictly on OTI’s baseline production price per unit, not the secondary market resale price.
