About the event
The Women in Business Summit – Ghana opens with welcome remarks and sets the stage for a day of empowerment and collaboration. The program features a 45‑minute keynote address by Esthy Ama Asante, the Founder and CEO of Organic Trade and Investments (OTI), focusing on ethical trade, sustainable growth, and women’s leadership.
Following the keynote; themed; "Resilience in Action", participants engage in panel discussions on entrepreneurship, access to finance, and digital innovation, complemented by interactive breakout sessions on branding, compliance, and scaling strategies.
The day concludes with structured networking and closing remarks, reinforcing the summit’s mission to inspire, equip, and connect women leaders across Africa.
The summit is an initiative of Zoho to celebrate strong Women, building strong businesses.
